京都議定書の交渉過程と主要アクターの役割、議定書の主要規定、議定書交渉の経験と教訓について論ずる。Review processes of negotiating the Kyoto Protocol, its implementing rules, the role played by major actors, and important provisions of the Protocol, the Bonn Agreement and the Marrakech Accords, and discuss experiences and lessons learned from these processes.
