Utilizing an undeveloped half-block previously owned by a local metal recycling company, the newest T3 building––or timber, transit, and technology building––finds its place within this evolving landscape.

    The newly renovated headquarters of I & E Construction is the product of a design-build and adaptive reuse project. What was once a nondescript nursing school from the 1970s has undergone a significant makeover, showcasing modern design and functionality.
    Woodblock Architects focused on overhauling the building layout by repurposing a neglected courtyard and incorporating NLT, or nail-laminated timber, throughout the interior.
