I’m in love with Detective Trapp’s story and demeanor! She is the definition of a victim’s advocate and a lioness in the interrogation room! Keep up the great work! This is one of the best podcasts I’ve had the opportunity to listen to!

I can’t tell what year this was made, but the story really should have been told by a woman. This narrator is all over the place with random story bits about the detectives life. TMI about the detective trying to get pregnant and other random bits about the detectives struggle as a female. It...Read full review »

Nice story, but there are to many and long advertisement that makes me lose interest. Ill stop listening and can not get into the story.

Great show, I didn’t want it to end. It was too short.

I have no issue with Trapp’s religion being brought up as it is an important part of her character, but to a certain degree is this a true crime podcast or pg 13 veggie tales? We have very little information about the victims and the two suspects but we have a whole segment about a prayer she said.

This is a very worth while and great reporting. Really hope Detective Trapp has more to come. I’d recommend this to anyone. Should listen to it as it’s well worth it.

Christopher Goffards is my favorite journalist/author/podcaster/story teller. Detective Trapp is an amazing woman and I love that her story and the missing women’s story was told so well!

Is an Anaheim Police officer and became one because of detective Trapp. Definitely an amazing woman and I’m so proud of my daughter for modeling herself after such an amazing woman!

Goed opgebouwd, integer gebracht, ontwapenend en ontroerend.

As much as I tried to connect to this character, I couldn’t. That’s really the only reason why I didn’t enjoy this one. While she may be passionate and hard working, and trying to bring closure to “the mothers”, she was also a country music listening lady cop who seemed to somehow reject things...Read full review »

I loved everything about this Podcast. It moved fast but yet gave great details and insight about the process of solving the murders. Not too much focus on the evil SOBs who did the murders but focused on the incredible hero, Detective Trapp, who solved them.

This was gut wretching and such a journey. Detective Trapp is a hero. This podcast drama was done well. I listened in one day and couldn’t get enough.

While understanding the need for advertising to be able to bring us these incredible stories I found this very interesting podcast over shadowed by the sheer amount of ads. Such an important and informative rare glimpse of the work behind these detectives lives while hunting serial killers ....Read full review »

Sad this was only 6 episodes! Wish we could more about some of her others cases and listen to other interrogations. Fascinating!

Christopher Goddard has done an amazing job telling this story. Very well done. Also the world needs more Detective Trapp’s. You are so strong, smart, and amazing. Thank you for all your hard work and helping the families in this story.

This was a A story I would never have heard though may be have seen on TV but not to this extent. You hear the voices of the characters and you realize that every human being is flawed but some to the extreme. Thank you for this story.

I don’t really need to say more (but I guess I am going to!). Thank you for humanizing the victims, their families and those who brought them justice. Appreciate you bringing this horrible case to light and for Detective Trapp’s dedication.

Hey Orange County, you’re nowhere near broke and the city of Anaheim most certainly isn’t, for one thing they charge the D-land tourists countless extra taxes for literally everything, so how about you find those poor girls and return them to their families, okay?? Suppose some white Chapman...Read full review »

Seriously. I binged the series one night and hated for it to end. I really hope we can hear more seasons of Detective Trapp’s cases. She’s an amazing woman. Christopher Goffard did an outstanding job writing and bringing the series to life.

I had listen Detective Trapp so many times that I have lost track. This is such a good story, with an incredible woman protagonist and an amazing and a superb story telling.

Really interesting but hard to keep track of the story because of all the adverts.
Milil111 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 07/22/21
Completely gripping. The host never gets in the way of letting the protagonist tell her story, but guides the listener through the story. The audio of the police interviews is amazing. Thoroughly researched, well-produced. You’ll sit in the driveway just to keep listening!
