Meh….
The story itself is bananas, and the narrator is decent enough. But the voice acting is too much—the lack of authenticity is distracting from the actual story, because it’s hard to follow the thoughts of the actors as they seemingly try to remember the events that happened. I would much rather hear a story told entirely by the host than listen to voice actors stutter through their “memories.”

I’m less than 4 minutes into listening to the first episode, and it is said that Santos Rosario’s parents were born and raised in El Salvador, but this is factually inaccurate. They are from the Dominican Republic.
