… I don’t understand why this unsigned music bands are at the end of the episodes. It has nothing to do with true crime and personally I have no interest in it. Edit: Unsub after episode 16

If you lie about the murder to your listeners that is wrong. Bad bad podcast

I’ve already heard all of the stories on other podcasts and his voice is so mono tone and uninteresting.
Suedebskillz via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/12/21
I really wanted to like this but the narrator is very monotone and says two words, pause, two words, pause. It’s hard to enjoy the story when you can’t get past the delivery.

I’m really enjoying this podcast. Its hard to find a good one where the host doesn’t sound like he’s reading from a script. I love how he gives us a mini history lesson at the beginning. Keep up the great work. Can’t wait to binge listen!!

Please help the man with his boring podcast. The music is distracting. I could fall asleep to this, despite interesting stories and writing.

I like this but the music grates on my nerves.

Well done, well researched, no inappropriate laughter or weirdness by annoying wining voices . Thank you.

Well done , I love the voice and pace and perspective and think it is of high quality. Has me spooked and hits home that it pays to be vigilant or, as you say, swivel headed Thank you

Unfortunately the narrator’s speech ruins this for me. His delivery is awkward and monotone.
Dangolmusicman via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 04/20/20
i really enjoy the deep dive that this show takes, especially with more recent cases such as chris watts and tiffany jenkins. true crime can sometimes get a little too conspiracy theory for me but this really looks into legal issues, evidence, and the particulars of each case. it's like true...Read full review »

Very awesome narration and format.

His voice is a bit monotone. I hope as time goes on with the podcast he’ll speak with a little more emotion. But I do love the content so I’ll give 5 stars.

Too boring and monotone. Sounds like he’s reading from a script.

This guy is so boring that I can’t listen any longer..barely got through 5 episodes. He doesn’t even know he uses words that aren’t in the English language.

The narrators voice is so monotone. Will put you to sleep until you are awaken by the awful music at the end.

This is a really great podcast, and I’ve been listening since the first few episodes were released. I love the narrator’s voice. It’s soothing, which helps a lot when listening to such horrific stories. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

What a deep look into true crimes. Some stories are bone chilling. I enjoy listening with a glass of brandy and a nice Cuban cigar

The stories are well told but the extended music at the end is terrible, very annoying, and unnecessary.

I realize this 2 part episode was last October however I just found this podcast recently. I almost didn’t listen to it cause I felt I knew the tragic story well. I was so wrong and learned way more on the story & the events surrounding it. I think the story was told very well. Hopefully it’s...Read full review »

Hands down, my favorite new podcast when I want to turn to crime stories that are easy to listen to and compelling. This show packs a punch! Thankful to have my morning commute a lot more enjoyable :)

I tried really hard to push past the dull, boring, monotone narrator , but I just can’t! Snooze!
abradley14 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 02/14/20
Again, another narrator who is clearly reading the script. Take a look at newscasters. They’re reading, but you can’t tell! Too much like elementary story time. Over enunciates. Boring. Try listening to other massively popular podcasts and take notes!

Aaron is an amazing host. He has the perfect voice for podcasting and you can tell how much episode and compassion goes into each episode. I love that he covers a variety of cases too and ones that aren’t covered frequently. Cannot recommend enough!
