Love this podcast!
I’ve listened to all of of the episodes and love the variety. Sometimes it’s bike talk, sometimes it’s nutrition talk, sometimes it’s training and sometimes it’s just real life. I’ve learned so much from Derek and the Dialed Health program and am in the best shape of my life and getting even better every day. I’ve gotten so much motivation from listening that I’ve had to start writing them all down.
