“Initially I liked this podcast a lot, because they commiserate about the frustrations and challenges of feeding your family constantly while offering up lots of new ideas. But as time has gone on, I’ve become more selective about which episodes I bother listening to. Perhaps I’m too sensitive to mom-shaming. One of the hosts is very down to earth and lives in the real world while the other has spent a little too much time in the big city for my reality. She will mention things like how when her kids were little, everything had to be organic but now that they are older she isn’t as picky. And then the other host always has to step in a remind people that if they can’t do that or don’t agree with her, that’s ok. I feel like the one host always has to check the pretentiousness of the other.”
