“I really wanted to like this! But it drives me crazy when they talk about “diets” and criticize programs like the Whole30 without even knowing what the program is. They go off on a huge tangent about how wrong whole30 is for saying that “changing your eating habits isn’t hard,” but literally the next point in the program is that they acknowledge it IS hard. So they did zero research and then just bash someone else’s contribution. Mean!
Also some pretty unhealthy ideas about food being “good” or “bad.” Don’t really understand the message of the podcast. Is it pro dieting? Anti dieting? Pro body acceptance or venting about body shame?
