Be careful
I’m sorry I know they both have the best of intentions sharing their real experience with body acceptance and it’s very challenging, but a lot of things Sami particularly say are still very steeped in diet culture and damaging when it comes to conclusions around weight health effects. I do not recommend for someone in recovery from EDs, they do share information and some of it is very misguided.

Love the guests so far on this podcast and have found it quite informative! However, sometimes hard to listen to Aleen when she gets too excited & starts talking fast and seems out of breath.

I like this podcast a lot and the concept of it, but the guests rarely get to talk without being interrupted! Please make a more conscious effort to let the guests talk without making jokes about everything they say, especially the ones who are trying to debunk myths!

Sami & Aileen say what we are all thinking in this world of “fitness/health/wellness Influencers.” They’re hilarious and honest, but possibly at a cost. Their unstable relationship with food & working out is VERY relatable for someone who lives with disordered eating.
