“I listened to 4 episodes, learned some things, agreed w a lot of what the hosts said, but there is just so much rambling whiny filler. The child free people I know are engaged in their own pursuits- professional, romantic, creative, athletic, whatever. I know not having kids is the focus of the podcast but it gives the impression their whole lives are about not having kids, instead of their lives getting to be about the things they DO with their higher-than-a-parent amount of free time and money. It all comes off as insecure. And as a fellow Portlander in their late 30s whose friends mostly don’t have kids, this is maybe the easiest place in America to do that.”
