He has fronted TV shows like Supermarket Sweep, Ready Steady Cook and currently presents Strictly: It Takes Two with Janette Manrara and Saturday afternoons on BBC Radio 2. Rylan shares his delight at the return of Big Brother, his obsession with Eurovision and his passion for chicken nuggets. Having just released his second book Ten: The Decade that Changed My Future, Rylan talks candidly about the good times and the not so good times.
