Tone Deaf and Lacking Advice
I listened to the prediabetes episode. More than half centered on scary effects of uncontrolled diabetes (not prediabetes!) I heard almost no helpful advice, and they were completely tone deaf when it came to seeking nutrition consultations even if they aren’t covered by insurance. They said that you would still get your teeth fixed even if you didn’t have dental insurance. Actually, no, most people don’t because it’s expensive, same as hiring a nutritionist. You wasted my time when I was looking for helpful information. Don’t call your episode “reversing prediabetes” if your best advice is just to hire a nutritionist.

More reviews of Dishing Up Nutrition
Excellent content for each episode. It's one of the few shows that doesn't just regurgitate (pun intended) the same info over and over. Love it.

Absolutely Love Dishing Up Nutrition shows. Have changed my whole eating patterns. Will never think of food the same again. Downloaded podcasts to my iPod and listen to them as I go to work and on my walks. Very motivational for me.
