“I understand the low carbs for cravings yet one size does not fit all.
When she mentioned the oatmeal, she didn’t suggest adding nuts for protein so there is not a reaction of only carb meal. It is not all or nothing. Especially for a vegetarian like myself. I will not be eating any meat/flesh foods or eggs! I strive for moderation and not excluding a whole macro category.”
