When my wife approached me about our first trip in late 2022, I was hesitant. I had gone to Disney World twice as a teenager, but always preferred Universal Studios with my four younger brothers as it was a more grown-up kid experience. We had young children and my wife wanted this badly, so I thought why not Disney World? I was immediately hooked on that first trip. My then five-year-old son and just turned four year-old daughter lit up the entire time we were there, and I experienced joy as an adult living it up with them and my wife I never thought possible. We’re headed down south this year for Christmas festivities, and I’m easily the most excited member of the household about it.
