“A lot of the episodes are true crime related, which is fine. I love true crime. But I wanted this to be about diseases. I have my masters in medical history and while I wouldn’t classify this as medical history per se, it does an excellent job of explaining the diseases, origins, and the culture in which it exists/existed. So if that’s what you’re wanting, along with heavy doses of true crime, that’s what you’ll get here. Like I said in the title, it’s a good podcast but just not for me.”
