Welcome to Distant Grey Gaming, a place where anyone and everyone is welcome to join us in our adventures in many, many worlds!
Whilst we started out playing only D&D 5e adventures we soon realised there's a lot of gaming systems out there, and we want to reflect that diversity here as well. Distant Grey Gaming is based in Perth, Western Australia.
What we hope is that we inspire people to start playing, or, play more Dungeons and Dragons, Call of Cthulhu, and some of the other gaming systems that are out there too. We're not experts, but we love to play games, and we hope that you will

The Roaring Game - An Introduction to Curling by Nathan
My son, Nathan, had to create a podcast episode for his Year 9 English assignment. He chose the sport of Curling, as he plays it regularly in Perth, Western Australia, and it's been featured a lot in the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, with home country Australia reaching the Olympic Mixed Doubles Curling - the first time Australia EVER represented in Olympic Curling.
I promised Nathan I would publish he episode here at Distant Grey Gaming if he did a good job. So...he only managed to get an interview with Australian Olympic hero Dean Hewitt! So what else could I do but publish his amazing work?
HUGE thanks goes to Dean Hewitt, Kevan Young, and Helen Williams who were absolute champs in supporting Nathan in this podcast project!
