Title is problematic
I feel for these parents. However, calling this “do no harm” suggests that this scenario is somehow the physicians’ faults - which doesn’t even really seem part of the content, and is also egregiously false.

This is dramatic and misleading. I get accidents happen but there is no reason for a 5 month old to have an accident like that. They DESERVED to be investigated.
