But still wish Josh’s absence had at least been acknowledged.

It’s just as fun listening as them try to reconstruct barely remembered stories as it is hearing them gush about favourites remembers to the finest detail. Also a grrrat reminder to revisit & review do yourself!

It’s nice to here some of the cuff ramblings that are 90% positive about a show that I love. Hurry up with series 3 though guys!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Josh, stop wtih the verbal crutch of "you know". Please! The podcast is great, but the constant "you know" is like fingernails on a chalkboard.Read full review »

Easily one of the most entertaining podcasts out there on the subject of Doctor Who. Two series so far, the first on classic Who, the second on the RTD era. I would definitely listen to series one, as the hosts fondness for that era is clearer than it is for the more recent shows.

I love hearing your both on the Classic serise episode just what I need to get in to watching each show. When it comes to the new series do you guy like any of these show? You are killing some of the show I love. I will still listen because I'm having a good time, but please can you find a...Read full review »

I loved Series 1 of The Memory Cheats and was so disappointed when it wrapped up - what was I going to listen to every week?! Thankfully, Series 2 came along and it's just as good. Steven and Josh clearly enjoy doing that show as I can hear the fun in their voices every week. Looking forward...Read full review »

Being a new Whovian, my journey through classic Who has been amazing. I believe I'm at the point where I've seen more classic Who than new Who. Listening to the Memory Cheats, with no title names, is fun for the podcasters and the listener. That way this podcast is not time sensitive....Read full review »

The Memory Cheats is a very enjoyable celebration of Doctor Who - the classic series. A delightful format, a good balance of praise and dislike and quite funny. The presenters form a double act worthy of Robert Holmes. One special moment I always wait for, which doesn't happen every episode, is...Read full review »

Gents thanks so much great relief from toothache. Rich analysis and great memories. Love not knowing what will turn up. My first one turned out to be my favourite story ever Robots of Death!!

The Memory Cheats is a great little podcast from a pair of Doctor Who podcast veterans that is full of interesting tidbits, trivia, and recollections. The episodes are usually looked at both from the perspective of their original viewings as well as the opinions that they’ve formed over time. An...Read full review »

If host Steven laughs when the title is announced, it will be a great episode. My only complaint is that I haven't seen all episodes I would like to go back and listen after seeing the story, but it's hard to figure out which episode number is.

One of the best doctor who podcasts out there, gives lots of facts about classic doctor who, also the humour keeps it light. The episode length is brilliant for my commute to work can listen to 2 to 3 episodes each day. Just brilliant.

An entertaining podcast, but once the show is over, can't you update the past show description with the name of the episode you reviewed? I understand wanting to transfer your mystery to us, but when you've got hundreds of past podcasts with essentially no description, it gets REALLY old...Read full review »

A simple concept, excellently and entertainingly executed. Josh and Steven give us bite-sized (15 to 20 minute) overviews of randomly selected classic Doctor Who stories, peppering their reminiscences with humour and quotes aplenty. In a genre with plenty of quality podcasts, this is still the...Read full review »

I was stuck in a snowdrift for 13 hours a couple of weeks ago on the A2 in Kent. Only thing that kept me sane was my ipod and 51 episodes of tThe Memory Cheats!

Holy crap is this a fun podcast. I only listen to a handful of Dr. Who podcasts- all with different presentations/premises- but this is one of the most fun concepts. Josh and Steven randomly pick a classic Who story and give themselves about 15 minutes to remember everything they can about it. ...Read full review »

Not too long, not too short, yet somehow all encompassing. If you're a fan of Doctor Who you need to give this a go. Whether you consider yourself a classic or new WHO fan, it matters not.
