A modern re-telling of Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein," Bomani Story's directorial debut, "The Angry Black Girl and Her Monster" tells the tragic story of Vicaria and her view of death as a disease as she is overcome with the grief of losing her brother due to gang/drug violence.
