Excellent
Don’t normally do reviews but I really enjoyed this episode. Great chat and advice. Mental health is really important to me due to my own issues. However now with two children my radar is high with this area. Advice was on point and great especially with the links to how it’s view not only in society but culturally. The pray advice is good but we have to remember that it also requires us to be active and seek help. Great... as my daughter would say. Elbow bumps all round.
