I love this show & the hosts!! I have binged so many of their episodes. It feels like I’m listening to a friend while also being provided with educational content. They are relatable and make sometimes heavy subjects easier to listen to! I appreciate the work they are doing!!

My favorite part about this podcast is that they have such diverse guests. It feels good to hear from so many people about their mental health and what helped them. I love hearing topics that normalize mental health. Keep it up!
