“I have been curious about fasting but it seemed quite overwhelming. Thank you for explaining what the body does when you fast. Knowing that I am giving my cells time to repair by fasting really is motivating for me to try and do this. My plan is to stop eating by 8 so that I can easily do 10-12 hours until I eat again.”
