“Used to listen to chicklets but they are a little too dirty sometimes (especially with kids around) and I get tired of hearing Whitney brag about himself and his golf game. So I found this podcast. I never followed John during his career. Frankly didn’t know who he was until the all star game. But I really enjoy listening. It’s like sitting with two buddies chatting about hockey. John is not right all the time and can have big opinions but that’s part of the fun and will make you laugh. Tim is a great sidekick. Although, the poor guy, it seems like he is always going through some calamity in the short time I’ve been listening, such as covid or breaking his leg (be careful Tim!) He’s very relatable to the average hockey fan.”
