Description
Natasha Ngindi is a Canadian Non-Diet Nutritionist, Zumba Instructor, and Entrepreneur. She spent years being entrenched in diet culture but she was never able to keep the weight off. After hitting rock bottom, she finally gained food freedom and learned to truly love herself. Her lived experiences inspired her to help others struggling with the same issues to have food freedom and accept their bodies too. This episode is very much centered around the relationship with fitness and body and how to heal them! We talk about international body image differences, exercise is NOT punishment, and how to feel confident in the gym. This episode is an absolute must listen because Natasha is so vulnerable in telling her story! Find her on IG @thethicknutritionist
