Decent. Minus the insistence on virtue signaling.
This is a pretty decent podcast for language listening practice. The production value is good and I use it to sharpen my Spanish listening skills, but; having said that, they obviously put a tremendous amount of effort into squeezing in social justice sentiments wherever they can and I find myself marveling at their ability to ring feminism and trans issues out of seemingly unrelated story material. Too often for my taste. I would like this podcast more if it was earnestly focused on language learning and useful skills or vocabulary sets, rather than trying so hard to be socially virtuous at the expense of being more educational.

I REALLY enjoy these podcasts. The host chimes in frequently with English that enhances the story rather than translates. This allows your brain to make connections if you start to feel a little lost. It’s GREAT!

I used Duolingo daily, this is a great companion show to the fanstastic app. Really looking foward to more episodes.
