“LOVE this podcast! Not only is this podcast packed with good information, it's sound, balanced, and implementable advice. There is sooo much good advice out there that is just way too overwhelming to fit into your life. Kim's approach is very balanced but incredible healthy. She focuses her nutrition on eating real food in a very sustainable way, fitness is about doing a good balance of quality work, and rest. She will also provide follow up info if it fits into the podcast (e.g. protein bar comparison, recipes, etc).
