Great trainer AND teacher
Kim is an excellent trainer and educator. She is supportive, challenging, and most importantly encouraging. She does a great job of holding and clients accountable. I have completed many of Kim's programs and she has changed my outlook on food and fitness - heck, she changed my life. I have just started listening to her podcasts, but look forward to hearing some more. I listened to her most recent one on protein bars. I really like how she emphasized the importance of reading labels for ingredients and, of course, calories, sugar, and protein.Read full review »
