Host Miyuki Jokiranta excellently straddles a balance of semi-investigative journalism, while making the listener feel like it’s story time for adults at the library.
With many other podcasts, I tend to know what I’m getting into, but Earshot is the show I go to when I feel like having my eyes opened up to a story I’d never even thought of or known of.
I always come out from listening to this feeling like something in me has been sparked, perhaps a passion to do something to make the world a better place, or even just a sense of wonder.
