Informative, interesting, and inspiring
This podcast is such a gem. Nil interviews the most interesting people who are making real change in the food system. There is great variety in the subjects including food start ups, non-profit advocacy, cooking and food culture, policy and legal change etc., I find the whole podcast to be really positively focused on what is being done and what can be done. Especially if you are interested in contributing to this movement in some way the podcast is deeply inspiring. It also promotes a plant-based lifestyle in a way that makes it seem doable and desirable without guilting you into having to go all in over night. It’s an excellent lesson in effective communication on the subject. All his interviewees are committed to the plant-based/vegan lifestyle but talk about this lifestyle in an approachable way and inspire and inform rather than harangue with doomsday language. I’ve started listening to them twice or three times a week while I catch up and I’ve learned so much from Nil and his guests along the way.

Plants take these nutrients and make...Read full review »
