So glad I found this podcast, I'm hooked! Interesting topics and finally not just in the context of "navigating the workplace". I enjoy that the conversations are relateable and dig deeper into issues we all may face at some point in our lives. In every episode I've listened to so...Read full review »

I just listened to ‘gratitude is the stress buster’ and it was so helpful for me. Thank you! I especially love what was said about gratitude not needing to look a certain way or be about a certain topic/big things. This was beautiful, moving, and I am going to put it into action. ❤️ keep doing...Read full review »

This is a very helpful show. Thank you for the work you do! I want to preface with that before I express my main complaint about episode 76. I appreciate the “flipping the narrative” sentiment. I’ve done this multiple times myself, and it does help a lot. However, one can’t just “stop it” (a...Read full review »

The conversations are very professional and informative. I enjoy listening to the guests on the show, as there is a lot of variety. They can talk about concepts that are very scientific or very theoretical, so it’s a nice mix of information from a lot of sources. Highly recommend!

Some of the information in this podcast is fantastic, some of it isn’t. Passing pseudo science and unproven claims as facts knowing people look to you as an authority is in bad taste. Also, enough with the essential oils already. One of them definitely has to sell them with how much they talk...Read full review »
