A fitness and nutrition *MUST* listen to podcast!
For so many people, fitness and nutrition can be so intimidating. Emma is perfect for all listeners because she is a lot of things, but intimidating isn’t one of them! She’s informative, down to earth, well spoken, and honest. She gives tips for fitness and nutrition in a way that makes me feel like I’m listening to a good friend...a friend that knows her stuff! I’ve been listening since she started her podcast and keep her at the top of my regular rotation. Keep it coming, girl!
