Andy served as Chief Executive of the UK Government's North Sea Transition Authority (formerly the Oil & Gas Authority) from its inception in 2015 until December 2022. He played a pivotal role in setting up this new organization, redefining the vision for the UK Continental Shelf and spearheading strategies for the energy transition.
