Ray's dedication to enhancing industry efficiency is demonstrated by his prior involvement in the Maximising Economic Recovery steering committee at the Oil and Gas Authority. Furthermore, his impact extends as he was designated a Fellow of the Energy Institute in 2017 and served as the HRH Prince of Wales' Ambassador in Scotland for business in the community.
