“I got excited about swiftpage and act.com after listening to ep 113. Concerning act.com, their free trial didn't work, never loaded, or took me to a generic page that gave me just my email addresses listed and how many days I had left on my trial... trial for what? a page displaying my email address? I went to chat support, unfortunately chat support didn't work either it said it wasn't available at this time. This time was Friday at noon in denver where their headquarters are suppossed to be. I am in the market for a great crm and am reconsidering going for convert kit after that fiasco. Great podcast btw! I LOVE it. Just hoping maybe you could forward this on to them so they could fix it since I can't get ahold of their company haha. We're a $10mil/year company with only 3000 active customers.”Read full review »
