This episode was by far my favorite! Eric is spot on when he talks about rest periods. I went from a group bootcamp situation to a personal one on one actual strength training program, & my coach really makes sure I rest an adequate amount of time between sets. It has made such a difference and hearing this podcast today just reinforced that I made the right change! Thank you Eric, you are amazing!

Eric Roberts is a great teacher and has a way of putting a very difficult subject in a way anyone can understand.
