Essentialists united
The most value part of this podcast is that there’s a lot of different stories involving essencialsm (and also non essencialism) out there and, somehow, all the stories have something in common with mine, showing that is possible to learn more and live better. Besides being an excellent author, Greg shows his ability to host, understanding what’s essencial on the context, and clarifying that to the listeners.

I loved the book Essentialism and this podcast lives up to the same standard! It is inspiring and continues to drive the “essentialist way of life” home.
