Great job-Until the last 4 episodes
I was enjoying this one immensely, despite the aforementioned overdoing of the battle scenes. When the last 3-4 episodes were released, I was very disappointed. The ending is the most important and tricky part of any story, and this one dissolved into utter cliche. Casey has talent, and the first three quarters of the book are well done. I thought I was listening to a decent first novel from a new author. As soon as it began to wrap up, it turned into a bad comic book. Sexism and pat conclusions abound, negating all the effort the author put into making his characters distinct and realistic. The ending was a total yawn, and even offensive if one is female. I suggest that the author consider each character and their motivations very carefully when putting together an ending. I would have given this 5 stars with a better considered finish.

More reviews of Eternity
A new author, a new story, and I'm hooked! Has some elements of Sigler that I like but Casey has a style all his own. I really can't wait for the new episodes and it's free so....duh? Give it a try.

I enjoyed this story and the characters quite a bit. I hope to read/listen to more from Casey Townsend. If there's a sequel to this book I will definitely be interested in hearing it. The story is developed in such a way that I was left wanting to hear more.
