Wonderful

This is the podcast I listen to most consistently! I love food media (and teach a food chemistry course) and particularly cookbooks, and I love to hear these podcasters’ and authors’ perspectives on cookbook creation. Great stuff!

I’m obsessed with cookbooks, and just love this podcast. The interviews are incredibly informative and insightful, and it’s so fun to have access to a wide range of insiders and experts in the cookbook world!

I like the podcast, and maybe this is outside of their scope, but would love an episode about how they manage recipe collections or organize personal family recipe repertoires. Maybe have the “eat your books” people on?
