I really enjoy listening to this podcast and learning about the lives and musicianship of the different musicians. I play piano but still find this helpful to listen to, for giving you different approaches to musical improv. Highly recommend!

Donna—thanks for a terrific conversation with Alexa Tarantino, clearly a sensitive and astute person. It is a testament to our music education system that Alexa can trace her solid foundational skills back to her General Music classes. Donna, I absolutely loved this episode with Kim Cypher. She is an amazing player as I listen to her most recent album. Her answers to your questions were very good. I love that she didn’t get a music WD degree and went the teacher Ed route initially instead. She then taught music at school...Read full review »

Not sure why you’d have this guy on other than a few interesting stories. Very little content on sax mostly him talking about himself including the marriages he broke up and his lifestyle. Hope you scrap part 2. Robert
