They give so much insight to what the best in the sport are doing and what their mindsets are like. So much incredible...Read full review »

I absolutely love this podcast… Brendan keeps the training jargon simple and easy to digest… no hyperbole… I always feel like I have a greater understanding of the rationale for why (and the type of adaptations) I’m doing a particular training routine as opposed to “I’m just doing this cause it...Read full review »

Good podcast but the 10 minute (exaggeration) self introduction and accomplishments is kinda of a little much.

Just like the “no cost” ideology they preach in training- it is just as relevant for this great podcast. Our time is valuable and there’s no time in Z1 here, straight to the point and quality info for coached and self-coached cyclist alike. Also Brendan has some HITTER interviews with top pro and...Read full review »

This pod is so different from the other 5 cycling pods I listen to. I love it. Content is great and I love the shorter episodes and more volume.

This is a great podcast filled with tons of information and great interviews. If you are serious about getting better on your bike, there is a ton to be learned from listening to this podcast. This podcast is by the people for the people. If you want to learn about getting faster this is the place. I’m a bit more of an advocate of hiring a coach to figure all this stuff because it’s complicated AF. But if you are the DIY type this is the podcast for you.

I don’t usually rate podcasts. But I have to say, this one deserves more than five stars. The daily short episodes under 10 minutes are very motivating. The longer interviews with other coaches and pro riders are very insightful. I highly recommend listening to the Evoq podcast
Jefferson969 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/03/21
If you’re not listening to this one you’re missing out. Solid and reliable information for the masses, not preaching like there’s only one way to do things. The daily’s are short/sweet and useful and the longer interviews are solid gold.
