Gail was stabbed in the guts at the RockIt night club. She was not happy about that, as you'd imagine. Rachael has been haunted ever since.

The team need to know if Margardiel can be exorcised or if she is on Earth in her entirety. This first episode of the final season opens in a car park with a bound man on the ground.

The narrator, Beatrice and Sasha pay a visit to the State Library to find Mary who has offered sanctuary, whatever that means. Far from finding safety the team must fight for their lives.

The narrator returns to his lodgings to retrieve his books and equipment.  But what will be waiting for him on his return to the warehouse where Sasha and Beatrice are? Something is wrong.

The narrator is intent on boarding a bus to the middle of nowhere to hide out but Margardiel has other plans.  Sasha swoops in and reveals where she has been.  Is she telling the truth?

When B turns up at Maria Antony and makes a proposal, the narrator is taken aback.  Left with no other options he takes drastic action.
