This fortnight we are joined by the Senior Pastor of Crossway Baptist, Dale Stephenson. Along with leading Australia's largest Baptist church, Dale and his team have also inaugurated an initiative known as, "Building a Discipling Culture". In this episode, Dale speaks to the idea that empowering everyday disciple-makers is not distinct from great Sundays, and being a larger attractional church. Rather, he speaks to the culture of making disciples to determine the direction of the church in both the large, and smaller environments.
