Facing forty does let you look Inward
Yes, it lets you take a good look at you and the things you e just brushed it aside because you do not want to face it. It always leaves you with something to ponder on and the courage to face your fears ❣️
I felt this!
I definitely felt this. I do tell myself some of these lies. I think most women tell these lies to escape the reality of our current situations or just hold on to something. I’m in my early 30’s but the idea that I am actually in my 30’s hasn’t resonated with me yet. I absolutely love this podcast. Keep them coming! You have forced me to come face to face with a lot of the lies I tell myself, especially the insecurities.
I feel attacked...in a good way 😀
The lies we tell episode really have me looking in the mirror. So many things that were said is truly the life I’m living. Especially the self care aspect, I want to think that I’m serious about my health holistically but this episode really threw it in my face that I’m playing major games. It’s good to hear women having this conversations and not being fearful of how they’ll be perceived. Great podcast.
