The writing is painfully one dimensional. The structure is clunky and convoluted. The narration, soundtrack, and editing give the entire podcast an aesthetic that feels very diy and amateurish. Wondery normally has top notch content. If their quality control continues to be this bad, I am absolutely canceling my subscription. If you’re new to Wondery, check out Gladiator, Suspect, Dr. Death, or honestly anything other than this.
