High production values; terrible show
The writing (both the hamfisted narration in the style of a verbose film script and the incredibly stilted failing-to-sound-clever dialogue) is godawful; the story ends up veering into some truly staggering racism (it makes Temple of Doom seem like a thoughtful and respectful ethnographic survey of religious practice in rural India); the voice acting is uneven but generally pretty good; the sound effects and general audio quality are phenomenal. You owe it to Vincent D'Onofrio not to listen to this podcast.Read full review »
