Amy saw a gap in the market to do agency a little differently with a focus to 'sell-out" rather than sell in + a view that relationships + honestly were the ingredients for longevity in the market. LFM under this strategy grew organically year on year with the expansion into Melbourne in 2017 + Adelaide in 2019. Launch is now the largest Australian agent in the market, representing brands such as PE NATION - Faithfull - ENA PELLY -Nobody Denim + SUPERGA.
