Even interesting for a Triathlete

This podcast goes deeper than I knew you could go into the science of endurance cycling. As a triathlete, I have found several very interesting tidbits.

Great pod but the young blowhard…

This is a great podcast, and it is my favorite when it comes out, but the young guy is quite the virtue singling blowhard. I guess that’s OK. It’s just an observation.
