I have been trying to lose abdominal fat for ten years. Intermittent fasting stopped the weight gain but then I hit a plateau. Your very direct teaching style has helped me understand that for me, it is going to take monitoring-modifying many more areas of my life, specifically getting adequate protein, sleep, and stress management. I have less fatigue, reduced cravings, and I have had to relinquish my demands of food to make me happy, help me celebrate, or as a mood management tool. I listen to certain episodes repeatedly to maintain focus and motivation. Thank you for being so highly motivated to learn, knowledgeable, and willing to educate the public.
