“I am new to the idea of podcasts and I never really felt that I had the time to stop and listen to something. However, Dr Chatterjee and his guests bring you so much to you to help you understand that this is part of your problem. If you make the time to listen to his podcasts and maybe action at least some of the things that appeal to you as a person at that time, then you may be able to make permanent positive changes to your life and your health.
I “never” have any spare time yet I can somehow end up spending 3 hours on Facebook and not really know how. So surely, with a little more focus I can put those three hours to better use and improve my health and well-being at the same time.
Jim Kwik was probably one of the most interesting guys I have listened to and his ideas on speed reading, memory improvement and attitudes to improving brain function were fascinating.
Love that Dr Chatterjee very much “practices what he preaches”.”
