Not helpful
I hope the book is better than the podcast. I listened to the cognitive ones- got absolutely nothing useful from it, ended the podcast and went to YouTube for better/helpful information. Sounded like jibberish between the woman and man. Is this for people battling with these issues or is this for other therapists? My psychiatrist recommended it to me and I’m blown away at how I got zero help from it. I see so many 5 star reviews and I just don’t see how that’s possible. Also, podcasts!?! Seems outdated. YouTube videos are more engaging.
